Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes Guxarelon’s general approach to paid engagement changes, cancellation and refunds.
This public website is an information and enquiry space. It does not take payments, process orders, automatically reserve sessions or create a paid service. A paid full-stack engagement begins only after a separate written scope and commercial agreement are accepted by the relevant parties.
If a paid working session or project is agreed in writing, the parties will use the agreed written arrangement to handle scheduling, scope changes and rescheduling. Changes are most useful when raised as early as possible, so the route and responsibilities can be reviewed before work continues.
Either party may request cancellation according to the separate written agreement governing the engagement. The agreement should distinguish completed work, work in progress, approved expenses, access changes, handoff materials and any payment terms. Guxarelon does not publish a blanket cancellation outcome because the appropriate record depends on the scoped work.
Any refund discussion relates to the written terms for a specific paid engagement, not this public website. Where applicable, the relevant agreement should explain payment timing, what has been completed, what remains transferable and how a proportionate resolution will be considered.
